Payday Lending Alternative, and Roads and Stimulus

This week's Pennsylvania Newsmakers features an interview dealing with payday lending and the joint program between the State Treasurer's office and the Credit Union Association of Pennsylvania to provide an alternative to payday lending, called the Credit Union Better Choice Program. State Treasurer Rob McCord and Jim McCormack, President of the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association, join host Terry Madonna to flesh out the pay day lending problem. Then Bob Latham, Executive VP at Associated Pennsylvania Constructors, discusses the use of the stimulus funds that provide funding for the state's roads and bridges, and the impact on jobs and the state's economy.
