This week's Pennsylvania Newsmakers features a discussion of the State System of Higher Education's new Philadelphia Urban Seminar as well as some advise for new students entering college, with Peter Garland, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, and Gary Vold, Professor of Professional Studies at IUP. On the second part of the program, the Business Council with Cliff Shannon, SMC Business Councils, and Scott Cannon, Pennsylvania Builders Assoc., provide a timely update on the economy, state tax and fiscal policies, and business-related developments.
