Point, Counter-Point With Schroder and Coy

Pennsylvania Newsmakers for the week of September 21st, 2002 features its "Point Counter-Point" show, with Republican State House member Kurt Schroder (R-Chester) and Democratic Representative Jeff Coy (D-Franklin). The two lawmakers debate the fall agenda of the General Assembly, including property tax reform, slots at race tracks, venue changing in liability cases, and the water crisis in the state. The two lawmakers are interviewed by Robert Swift of the Ottaway News and host Terry Madonna. The show also airs its popular "Hero of the Month" segment, paying tribute to ordinary Americans who do great work, and do it without fanfare and attention.
