Then, Dr. Ken Mash, President of the Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties, joins host Terry Madonna for a discussion of Governor Shapiro’s higher education budget recommendations, the ”rethinking” of the State System, and the importance of the public universities to communities they serve.
