This week's Pennsylvania Newsmakers highlights a new high school honors program, CHAMPS, from the Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School with CHAMPS director, Marian Acon, who talks about how the program is designed to educate highly motivated students. In the second part of the program, Amy Worden, capitol reporter for the Philadelphia Inquirer provides an update on various proposals to amend the state's new gaming measure.
