This week's Pennsylvania Newsmakers features an interview with one of the state's leading legislative reformers Tim Potts of Democracy Rising, who analyzes the current state of legislative reform. Then joining host Terry Madonna is Karl Girton, Chair of the State Board of Education and Bob Feir, Board of Education Project Manager, to discuss the recently released costing-out study that analyzes the current spending needs of basic education, and projects what expenditures are necessary to improve the quality of education in the state.
