Then, joining host Terry Madonna for a discussion of patient safety are Mike Doering, the Executive Director of PA's Patient Safety Authority, and Deborah Donovan, the Director of Provider Quality Performance Management for Highmark Inc. Finally, Christine Woods, CEO of the Keystone Federal Credit Union in West Chester, and Joseph Wambach, Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Credit Union Foundation, discuss recent visits to assist in aspects of Haitian relief.
