This week's edition of Pennsylvania Newsmakers features Bill Cox, an executive with Standard and Poor's, who assesses the academic performance of the Pennsylvania's students and the relationship between school funding and academic performance. He also provides helpful hints about how school districts can improve their over all efficiency and effectiveness. Mr. Cox was interviewed by Jan Murphy, education writer for the Harrisburg Patriot, and host Terry Madonna.
