The Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee David Argyle (R-Schuylkill and Berks Counties) and Minority Leader Bill DeWeese (D-Greene County) debate the state budget, property tax reform, the incoming Rendell administration, and give their views of the gala Pennsylvania Society weekend in New York City. Host Terry Madonna is joined by guest journalist Jen Rehill from Pennsylvania Public Radio.
