This week's Pennsylvania Newsmakers features a health care update about the importance of preventive care to long-term health, with Dr. Mark Madden, a Medical Director at Highmark, Dr. Greg Caputo, Chief Quality Officer at Penn State's Hershey Medical Center, and Deborah Donovan, Director of Provider Quality Performance Management at Highmark. Then joining host Terry Madonna for the monthly financial literacy update are Laurie Kennedy, Associate Counsel for the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association and Keith Welks, Deputy Treasurer for Fiscal Operations at the Pa Treasury Department, for a discussion of a lending program that serves as an alternative to payday lending.
