Rendell Austerity Budget Debated

Pennsylvania Newsmakers this week features a lively debate on the merits, timing and politics of Gov. Ed Rendell's budget submission on Tuesday, March 4-- the historic two part budget. Guests are three of the state's most important participants in the budget and political process -- Republican State Senator Robert Thompson who is Chair of the Senate Appropriation Committee, Democratic State Rep.
