Originally aired on April 8th, 2007

This week's Pennsylvania Newsmakers features a discussion with Stephen Herzenberg, the Executive Director of the Keystone Research Center, who talks about his concerns about Governor Rendell's proposal to lease the Pennsylvania Turnpike to fund highway and transit needs. Then host Terry Madonna talks with Stephen Rhoads of the Pennsylvania Oil and Gas Assoc, who explains how the Governor's proposal to tax gross oil profit receipts of the seven national oil companies doing business in PA will also negatively affect hundreds of small and middle size oil and gas producers in the state.
